Looking for a mormor and farmor

Hi, my name is Tina and have two small kids, 2.8 year old son and a 4month old daughter. I come from the Philippines and do not have family here. My parents in all sense cannot be a grandparent to my kids. And I am sad that my kids will grow up not having a grandparent figure apart from my svarfar who is already 75 year old. I am looking for an elderly couple who would love to spend time with a child. It is a bonus if you have a dog, because my son loves dogs. We can meet in our home for coffee and just to hang out. Or meet in the park or go for a walk.
